What are the check-in and check-out times for The Valora?
Check-in time is 4:00PM MST, and check-out time is 11:00AM MST.
The early check-in or late check-out fee is $200, and subject to availability and housekeeping schedules. Please inquire.
Can I book by telephone or email?
We encourage prospective guests to submit reservation inquiries through our website to which we will respond promptly. Additionally, guests can save on fees by booking direct with us. Online booking is available on our direct booking site, or on our Airbnb listing.
What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?
Per our Cancellation Policy for direct bookings, Guests may cancel up until 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the site used for the booking, please inquire.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive an email reservation confirmation once we have received payment and you have signed our rental agreement.
