The expansive master suite features a luxurious king size bed plus a private sitting area where you can cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and read a good book or watch your favorite movie on the large smart tv. The master also has a private desk and chair, providing a quiet, dedicated space for work.

The spacious en-suite master bath is like your very own private spa. You can relax in the large luxurious soaking tub while gazing at the fireplace or enjoy a shower for two in the huge double shower equipped with 4 shower heads including two relaxing rain shower heads. Off the master bath is a huge walk-in closet. You'll enjoy your own private entrance to pool/spa area from the master suite as well.

Located down the hall from the master bedroom, the second bedroom is really like a second master suite, with a King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, private closet, and a large smart TV.  

"The bunk house" can sleep up to 6 people. There are four twin bunk beds, one twin trundle bed and one futon.

Great space for all the kids to have their very own slumber party, game room or to watch their favorite movies on the large smart TV. There is an en-suite Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom Four, and a walk-in closet furnished with a treasure trove of kids games, puzzles, hot wheels and books.

The bunkhouse beds have comfortable plush memory foam mattresses - suitable for most, but not all adults. For safety reasons there are weight restrictions on the two top bunks.

Bedroom Four features a Queen bed, large picture window, a walk in closet and en-suite Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 3. 

Bedroom Five has direct access to the living area with 1 Full bed and 1 Twin bed, a small closet, Large smart TV and a stylish barn door. Just around the corner is a full bath.

The large heated pool is the centerpiece of the spacious U-shaped courtyard, featuring amazing chaise lounges, outdoor dining area with seating for 10, BBQ Grill, a cabana,  a fireplace, outdoor lounge seating, a cold plunge a hot tub, a putting green and a fire pit with chairs. Truly a dream backyard!

Whether you're a hardcore pickleball competitor or a first-time player, our brand new, regulation size pickleball court offers hours of vacation fun in the privacy of your own backyard. Completed in December 2024, the new sports court also serves as a half court basketball court with a full size hoop. Provided for your enjoyment are pickleballs and racquets and basketballs. Also in the backyard is a new 30' x 30' turf play area, great for football, soccer, and more!
